  • 1 pound White American Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 2 tbs Jalapeno Juice, pickled

Cut the cheese into chunks.  Add the milk and juice and simmer till melted (or microwave, carefully, till smooth).  Enjoy with tortilla chips or over Mexican food!
